Hello everyone. Have you ever heard of Squidward's Suicide? It became popular on the internet after someone posted the experience online. I can't keep quiet anymore after reading it. I had so many bad memories after reading their experience. I was one of the people working on the episode. It was a small group. The creator, me, and 5 other voice actors. I'll keep their name private since they don't want me to talk about them in public, so i'll just call him Jason. Jason had a mental illness, and worked for nickelodeon back in the days of season 1 spongebob. He was the editor who puts the clips together, adds effects, etc. One day, he decided to make an episode of his own. You see, he's kind of a morbid person. He absolutely loves gore, and traumatizing people. That sick fuck. He started off by giving me $5 an hour if I were to voice act the crowd in the episode. I happily agreed. He told me it was for an official episode of Spongebob that was going to air in the future season 4. I acted out my lines, and after reading a few of my lines, I noticed a few things that were... off. I'll list them out now.
"You're a failure."
"There is no hope."
"Kill yourself."
"Do it."
These lines were making me feel strange. I questioned him about the lines. He told them they were placeholders. I didn't buy it. After the episode was finished, he told me the truth, and gave me my $120. It paid well, but I still feel off about the whole thing. I reported him to nick, but instead of just telling them he made made something morbid, I decided to tell them instead that he made an episode he would like them to review. I wanted to see what it turned out to be. I watched the episode with a few other interns. Some threw up, some cried, and most just ran out of the room entirely. No, wait, that's an understatement. They fucking ran out of the building, and never came back. I was traumatized. I never wanted to have anything to do with spongebob after that. I'm lucky I didn't watch the whole thing. Seeing the screenshots were enough to make me sick to my stomach. During the time, I was supposed to play the clarinet for a certain scene, and I did. I still have the recording of me playing what they told me to. If you want to listen to it, it's fine. There's no footage of the original with the song, so no screamers. [I think that's what they call it.] They told me to just, "Play, and fail miserably."
I tired playing it to hillenburg himself. He told me that something about that music sounded off, and he hoped I was okay, and that I had a nice day. He's a really nice person.

[Update #1: I figured out that shortly after the Squidward's Suicide incident, he got fired. He told them that he made another masterpiece, slammed a usb onto the table near the computer where they watch the episodes before they air, and they left. They told me he wanted to speak with me, but I decided to just walk out. I hope he never pulls off any of this shit again. Even if he did, i'd stop him. I heard it was an updated version of Squidward's Suicide, called, "Red Mist." I heard it was more fucked up.]
